When your order is received a member of our staff will contact you to confirm the details of your new membership. Your credit card will be billed for the first shipment when Wine Club orders are shipped at the end of each month. Average monthly Wine Club costs range between $40-$60 which includes shipping and tax.

MILLBROOK WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

In joining the Millbrook Wine Club, I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and that any person or persons to whom I direct delivery to, is at least 21 years old. I authorize Millbrook Winery to charge my credit card for each shipment (including freight and any applicable taxes), at the time of each shipment. I am aware that there are no substitutions allowed for automatic wine shipment selections. An adult signature is required at time of each delivery. I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time after the first year of membership. Cancellations and changes to wine shipments must be made in writing (email is accepted) at least two weeks prior to the next shipment. Millbrook Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
