Fruit from Long Island was vinified with pump-overs for gentle extraction of color and tannins. The resulting wine has rich, earthy aromas of ripe plum dark berry fruits and leather with soft, dark fruit flavors and a smooth finish.

A blend of 55% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 5% Zinfandel, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Pinot Noir give this wine rich, spicy aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and dried tobacco with endless layers of flavors that last well into the long, smooth finish.

Blended with 18% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine exhibits aromas of red berry fruits, black raspberry, cocoa and earthy undertones.

Blended with 15% Merlot, this wine exhibits aromas of red berry fruits, black raspberry, spice and cured tobacco.

This is a smooth-textured wine with full aromas and flavors of plum, black cherry, spice, currant and blackberry. Ripe, well-integrated tannins give it a long lasting finish. Only 177 cases produced.
